Our newest paper, entitled “Meta-analysis of residency program application and acceptance according to sex, race and ethnicity” is now available online free at both Sage Publishing and NIH’s Pubmed Central. This paper looks at some of the data trends involving how different genders and ethnic groups match into US residency programs.
