This study represents the highest levels of evidence as we performed a meta analysis using only randomized controlled trials. The exciting results include a direct connection between use of RSVpreF vaccines in pregnancy and preterm birth. About Dr. Greg Marchand
Greg J. Marchand, MD, FACS, FACOG, FICS, is a dual board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon practising in Mesa, Arizona. He holds the ABOG Focused Practice Designation in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery and directs the Marchand Institute for Minimally Invasive Surgery, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit research and educational corporation (EIN 42-2857240). He is Program Director of an SLS-accredited fellowship in Minimally Invasive and Robotic Gynecologic Surgery, holds three issued United States patents, and has served as Principal Investigator on eight FDA clinical trials. His systematic reviews are prospectively registered with PROSPERO, reported to PRISMA standards and appraised with the Cochrane Risk of Bias 2 tool. He accepts no industry funding for his research.
